Easter Sunday 2009

It was early and needed to get going out the door to go out of town. We were all was ready and it was time to go out the door, howver and of course, Kallie was being slow, She had not come downstairs yet so she didn't know that the Easter Bunny was being chased around the living room as her brother tried to catch him. Just as she started downstairs her father told her that the Easter Bunny was being chased out of the house before he could leave her something special. She then hurried down stairs to save the Easter Bunny. What she didn't know was there was no Easter Bunny and that we had already hid all the eggs around the living room for her to find. After finding an egg or two she just stood there with a smile on her face until Eddie and I gave her some encouragement to find more. Each time she found one she would quickly place it in the basket. Sometimes it was so fast she throwing the egg's contains onto the floor. She would then pick up the contents, place it back into the egg, close the egg, and then throw it into the basket as she looked around for the next egg.

Then we went over to grandmas to have our Easter dinner. While there Kallie had lot o d fun playing. First it was just inside the house climbing on everything she could, included her great Uncle Jimmy Case. Then she finally went outside, Of course there since there was puddle of rain water she f got wet and muddy. We ate lunch and then did another Eadter Egg Hunt. Finally after the hunt she disovered that her grandpa had left out the broken riding lawn mower so she pretended to mow the yard.
